So I am a little less than two weeks from being done with college for good. And yesterday, I got a JOB! Not just any job, but a job IN MY FIELD OF STUDY! You are looking at a Private Voice Teacher, as of January 2013. Hellsyeah. I am so stoked, you have no idea. Now I just need to get my webcomic rolling and work on getting more sewing orders and I will be living my dream life. (Because student teaching made me realize I do not want to teach in public schools. Yup. Still going for teacher certification though because um, I did all the damn work.)

I have not been arting nearly enough for my life, ugh. But you probably haven't noticed because I am terrible at updating deviantArt! D: Doesn't matter, because no matter what I am not going to have time to art much for a while yet :( I just started student teaching to finish up my college degree and teacher certification, which is super exciting and super intimidating. Gonna be a music teacher (hopefully. Unless something goes really wrong. -fingers crossed-). I /am/ hoping to have enough spare time to whip up some purses to sell at the local fall festival. We'll see once I get into the swing of things. So keep your eye on my sewing etc

So I got back from Spain with my choir last night. I'm super jetlagged, but it was SUCH A GREAT TRIP. Loved it. Now I have to get back to school work, but I thought I'd update my journal. Here's a Disney quiz for y'all. 1. Favorite Disney movie? It's so hard to pick. I think I might have to be a nerd and say Fantasia. or the Nightmare Before Christmas. 2. Favorite Disney song? Oh dear... I'm rediscovering how great the music in Hercules was.
